The Patriot Guard Riders of Georgia, Inc. is a domestic non-profit Georgia corporation organized exclusively for charitable and community service purposes.
The Patriot Guard Riders of Georgia is a diverse group of riders and other citizens from across the state who have one thing in common, an unwavering respect for those who risk their very lives for America’s freedom and security. If you share this respect, please join us.
No matter your political views, or whether you’re a hawk or a dove. It is not a requirement that you be a veteran. It is not a requirement that you ride a motorcycle. It doesn’t matter what part of the state you’re from or what your income is. The only prerequisite is RESPECT.
Our Mission Statement
Our main mission is to attend the funeral services of fallen American heroes as invited guests of the family. Each mission we undertake has two basic objectives:
- Show our sincere respect for our fallen heroes, their families, and their communities.
- Shield the mourning family and their friends from interruptions created by any protestor or group of protestors.
We accomplish the latter through strictly legal and non-violent means. Matters not if you ride a motorcycle, what your political views are, or whether you’re a hawk or a dove. It is not a requirement that you be a veteran. It doesn’t matter where you’re from. The only prerequisite is RESPECT.
If you share this respect, please join us.
To those of you who are currently serving and fighting for the freedoms of others, at home and abroad, please know that we are backing you. We honor and support you with every mission we carry out, and we are praying for a safe return home for all.
Help On The Homefront
Additionally the Patriot Guard Riders of Georgia assist our military Veterans through a program call HOTH, Help on the Homefront. Our purpose is to provide support and comfort through visitation to wounded and recovering Veterans of military service.
Establish a support network for catastrophically wounded and injured Veterans reentering their communities.
Actively visit Veterans Administration hospitals and homes throughout the State of Georgia.
Establish long term relationships between members and Veterans to support the quality of life needs of the Veterans and their families.
It is not our intent to duplicate services and support provided by other agencies.
